ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Lydia – the skin therapist behind Skin and Tonic Aesthetics. My passion for skin started with my own PCOS journey, dealing with breakouts and perioral dermatitis.

That experience taught me how powerful the right mix of treatments, skincare, and lifestyle can be—and it’s shaped the way I care for every client, with empathy and a results-driven approach.

I’ve worked in salons across NZ and the UK, and when I returned home in 2019, I brought back some of the advanced skin tech I’d used abroad—some still exclusive to my space.

Skin and Tonic is my cozy, welcoming studio where you’ll get personalised care, real results, and maybe a cuddle from Franklin, my fluffy dachshund and salon assistant!
